Order cancellation
When can I cancel my order?
a) Before sending the products - The cancellation can be done by sending an e-mail to the email address support@dfc-relax.gr or by phone at 210 57 78 871, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00..
b) After receiving the products, you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products.
Change / Returns Service at dfc-relax.gr
For all cases where you wish to return-change the product you purchased (change in size / colour / design, replacement, repair or refund), you must enter your details in the Contact Form, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products.
If it is a change in size / colour / design or replacement, you will need to place a new order for the desired product after the return is approved. For your best and fastest service, as well as for reasons of organization and reliability, we would recommend that you always use the Contact Form.
In order to proceed with the free product return, the product must be in the condition received without damage & within its original packaging. The returned products must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt.
Product changes
If you wish to make a change to the product you purchased - and only if the product has not been used - you will need to submit a request to the Contact Form that follows within 7 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 3 days of the date of approval of the Request.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted. If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, another bag should be used so that the inner packaging is protected and it is not possible to stick tapes and markings from the courier company.
For orders within Greece, the return is free of charge for the customer, while the change of product is charged with shipping costs of € 3.99.
Changes outside Greece
For orders outside Greece and Cyprus, the customer makes the return at his own expense and is charged for the shipment of replacement with the normal shipping costs (depending on the destination country). If the return is made by General Post, the charge for the first return is € 3.99.
Wrong delivery
In case the product you received does not coincide with the product of your order, you will need to enter a Request in the Return form that follows within 3 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the Request.
In this case there is no customer charge for the replacement.
Defective products
In case a product proves to be defective within 6 months of its sale, we undertake to repair or even replace it with a new one (in case it cannot be repaired), without any charge to you.
You will need to enter a request in the Contact Form to receive instructions on the return / replacement / compensation process.If the replacement is deemed necessary and there is no availability, you have the option to choose between replacing another, equal product of your choice, or returning all or part of its value in cash. The refund in the case of defective products used is calculated at the initial value, reduced by 10% for each month that has elapsed since the initial sale.
Refund / Right of Withdrawal
If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another one, you must register a request from Contact Form within 14 calendar days of receipt, and shipping of the product within 3 days from the approval of the Request.Once the refund has been made and the product has not been used, you will be refunded for all the money you paid (the cost of shipping and cash on delivery is not included). If the payment has been made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account you indicate. Refunds can only be made online.
Products and packaging must be in excellent condition and accompanied by all accompanying documents:Retail receipt or invoice and all accompanying items, such as labels, etc. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation of the order. In case of refund, the cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. If you are in Greece or Cyprus and choose to return the product by General Post and Recipient charge, you will be deducted from the refund amount of € 6.00 or € 8.00 per product, respectively to cover transportation costs. Return will be accepted only with courier company General Post for Cyprus and with Door-to-Door or General Post for Greece. Returns with ELTA will not be accepted. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
